Soak your feet.....Sleep Tips

Did you know that in the East, a hot foot bath is a traditional remedy for insomnia - the logic is that it draws the blood from the brain to calm a racing mind.

Try soaking your feet in a warm foot bath with a cupful of Epsom salts and adding a few drops of lavender essential oil to relax you.
Your feet will absorb the magnesium from the Epsom salts and relax you further.
